Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to make ordering and shipping products as simple as possible for our customers.

Where does my order ship from?

Our manufacturing and production facility is located in Danbury, CT.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Many factors contribute to the shipping and handling times, but here’s a general guide:

Order filling

  • US: 2 business days
  • International: 3 business days

Shipping

  • Continental US: 5-7 business days
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 7-10 business days
  • International: 10-12 business days

If you don’t recieve a shipping confirmation email within two business days for domestic orders or three business days for international orders, first check your spam folder, then contact us. Please include your order number in your message.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all of our orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require a different carrier, please contact us to set up alternate arrangements. We have the ability to ship any size container in full compliance with the DOT.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At the moment, we only ship to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, package size, and destination. You’ll see your shipping cost in your shopping cart and checkout page.

Important shipping disclaimers

We are not responsible for carrier delays such accidental mis-routing, weather conditions, COVID-19-related delays, etc.

We are not responsible for orders after the carrier declares them “delivered.” If you think your package was stolen, please contact your neighbors, local USPS branch, or the police.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you aren’t happy with your order, please contact us so we can offer a resolution. Please include your order number in your message.

Wholesale orders are final and can not be returned unless products were damaged during shipment. This includes shipments directly to you or to third party marketplaces. If we fulfill on your behalf, you are responsible for coordinating any returns.
